Citizen's fast unto death to protest against criminalisation of Indian politics
Online, April 20, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Dr. Surjeet Singh Dang (a four-time MLA and an Ex-minister) supported by the Jan Sangh Party has started a FAST UNTO DEATH at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi from 14th April 2010. He is standing up against:
1. Criminalization of politics: 30% or more of the members of the Parliament and Legislative Assemblies have been booked for criminal offences including murder.
2. Corruption at all levels: 2-G Scam, CWG Scam, ADARSH Scam...
3. Reconsideration of Reservation Policy: It is dividing the society and each section is fighting to take benefit of reservation.
