2020 REI Group Launches REI Data Systems With Investorwell
Dallas, TX, July 31, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Dallas- based 2020 REI Group has announced the creation of a data services and technology division to further their mission of providing products and services to real estate investors nationwide. “There is no defined road map for the real estate investor. I was lucky enough to come across a few key mentors in my life that walked me through the process of real estate investing but even then, there is no clear path to success,” said Tim Herriage, CEO of 2020 REI Group. “2020 REI was built with the goal of providing real world support for real estate investors. Technology and data are key to our ability to provide that support”. The new division will be labeled as REI Data Systems and will be led by Mike Inman, Vice President of Technology for 2020 REI Group. Inman was most recently IT Manager of Application Development for the City of Grand Prairie and has a vast background in cloud based applications, GIS mapping, mobile applications, and data analytics.

The official launch for InvestorWell will be mid-August. The platform will help real estate investors find funding for their projects based on eight simple questions. The site is designed to be quick and easy so investors can get back to the business of investing. 2020 REI has formed partnerships with trusted funding companies who will then compete to provide funding for InvestorWell customers. “There are so many facets to being a successful real estate investor. First, you need to find the property, which is the part most of our customers focus their time and attention on. Funding transactions are crucial, but rates and terms change almost daily. We will enable the customer to focus on what they are good at, and leverage our platform to scale their business,” said Herriage.
