M-U-S-T-A-R-D is used as an acronym that represents the seven actions each individual can take to increase faith. The seven actions are: Move, Unite, Seek, Trust, Act, Repeat, and Deploy. There are five scriptures presented in each lesson and each lesson covers a different action. After the scripture study is two exercises. The first exercise is what the scriptures mean to the individual reading the scriptures from each lesson. The second exercise is how the individual plans to apply the lesson to their life.
