RED Marketing Solutions Attends Major Leadership Conference
Jacksonville, FL, February 24, 2015 (Newswire.com) - “We at RED Marketing Solutions always look forward to this conference, which takes place on a quarterly basis,” said Renee, the company’s director of operations. “It’s not only an ideal networking opportunity, but also the perfect occasion to learn all about the latest business practices. We always return to the office with fresh information about professional development, team building, recruiting, management, accounting, consumer habits, strategic planning, and more.”
Renee explained that the event incorporated free meals with comfortable rooms for the entire team, and all the participants enjoyed the amenities, which included a pool, spa and gym. “It was a great time for everyone involved!” she stated.
"When all is said and done, I remember to thank as many people as possible for presenting, attending, and even for planning the event,"

RED Marketing Solutions’ Leader Shares Tips for Maximizing Conference Experiences
“Without a doubt, there’s a lot of activity at any conference,” Renee continued. “To get the most out of it, we employ some specific techniques. Otherwise, it can all be very overwhelming. For instance, my colleagues and I always read the event agenda thoroughly before the function even begins. We use it to choose the sessions that best align with our goals, and we build our schedules around those.”
According to Renee, the RED Marketing Solutions team often splits apart to attend lectures that run simultaneously. In doing so, they gather as much information as possible that they can share with one another later. “The team had the opportunity to listen to a key mentor speak over the weekend and we are excited to announce that he will be visiting our local office,” she indicated. “We make sure to be there for the entire event. Our team arrives on time, and we never leave early just to catch a direct flight. You never know what you might miss!”
“There are a lot of other details to keep in mind as well,” noted Renee. “For example, we always remember to bring business cards to distribute to new contacts. Of course, we collect others’ cards as well. Also, we’re constantly on our best behavior. I believe that it’s fine to relax a bit – it’s nice to get out of the office. However, we’re continually representing our firm, so it’s vital to act with tact and grace at all times.”
Renee also pointed out that many conferences offer audio CDs of the sessions. Whenever possible, she purchases these items to reinforce her own learning and so her team can hear from the speakers directly. Furthermore, when she is in session, she participates actively by engaging in group exercises and asking plenty of questions.
“When all is said and done, I remember to thank as many people as possible for presenting, attending, and even for planning the event,” she concluded. “Unfortunately, not very many people do this. So much effort goes into these functions, and I think those involved deserve the recognition. I’m always incredibly grateful for these experiences, and I want to make it known!”
