Cadier, M.D., to its orthopaedic and sports medicine practice, bringing expertise in adult joint reconstruction surgery to patients in North Fulton, South Forsyth and Gwinnett counties in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area. An avid equestrian, Dr. Cadier is an advocate of safe horseback riding practices and is extremely knowledgeable in the treatment of injury resulting from the sport. Affiliated with the Gwinnett Medical Center Duluth and Lawrenceville locations, Dr. Cadier sees patients in the OrthoAtlanta Johns Creek and Gwinnett offices.
Dr. Thomas Cadier, together with Dr. David Stokes and Dr. Tuan Bui, joined OrthoAtlanta effective September 1, 2015, choosing to close their physician practice, Orthopedic Surgery, P.C., and migrate their respective practices and patients to OrthoAtlanta.

Dr. Thomas Cadier is board certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery. He holds professional memberships with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Georgia Orthopaedic Society and Medical Association of Georgia. A college honors graduate, Dr. Cadier received his medical degree from Loyola University Medical School, Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago, IL, before serving in the U.S. Navy. In 1974, Dr. Cadier moved his family to Atlanta to complete his orthopaedic residency at Emory University. Dr. Cadier and his wife live at their working horse farm where they enjoy equestrian activities, travel and hiking. He actively sponsors area equestrian events and shows of the U.S. Eventing Association and Master Foxhounds Association.
