Bill brings a wealth of experience and insight from his distinguished four-decade career in the global financial services industry. Bill’s pioneering work in the hedge fund industry began in 1983, when his family investments in hedge funds launched a storied career, and gained momentum after his early association with legendary hedge fund investor Julian Robertson Jr. of Tiger Management.
Thirty years later in 2013, he retired as a senior hedge fund manager at UBS, having earned the sobriquet of “hedge fund whisperer” for his broad array of trusted contacts, his solid judgment, and the deep respect he had earned from his peers. His industry leadership continues in retirement through strategic hedge fund investments and involvement in several innovative technology companies.
