ATLANTA, September 21, 2017 (Newswire.com) - The Storage Acquisition Group would like to congratulate David Spencer, TSAG affiliate agent based out of Atlanta, GA, for the sale of the Attic Self Storage portfolio. This eight facility portfolio consists of 3,428 self-storage units and covers an expanse of over 652,000 square feet in the greater Atlanta metro. Mr. Spencer worked closely with Monty Spencer, Director of The Storage Acquisition Group, a division of Mid-Atlantic Commercial Realty, on this sale. This transaction marks a record month for the firm rounding out total acquisitions at 22 facilities. The facilities sold on Aug. 31, 2017.
