NWA Oncologist Presents Research at National Conference in Miami
Fayetteville, AR, March 17, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Dr. J Thaddeus Beck, of Highlands Oncology Group (Highlands), Northwest Arkansas’ premier cancer treatment facility, co-authored and presented research at the 33rd Annual Miami Breast Cancer Conference; held from March 10 to March 13.
The research, entitled ““Pre-surgical pharmacodynamics study to assess the biological activity of ribociclib plus letrozole in primary breast cancer (NCT01919229),” studies the effectiveness of a specifically targeted treatment of primary breast cancer.
Dr. Beck and Highlands represented collaborators from Milan, Barcelona, Houston, Padova, Rotterdam, Boston, Clermont-Ferrard, Basil, East Hanover, Los Angeles, and Cambridge when presenting the research.
