Hilda Willis Presents Inaugural Intensive Performing Arts Workshops in Atlanta Market

Hilda Willis, Producing Artistic Director, Presents the Living Your Art Institute; A One Day Intense Conference of Artistic and Career Development Workshops for Performing Artists

Hilda Willis, Producing Artistic Director for Living Your Art (LYA), presents a One Day Conference as an introduction to a week long conference of intense trainings and master workshops for actors, dancers, singers and songwriters. The Living Your Art Institute is not only new to the Atlanta market but also the first conference of this type to be offered here. "Atlanta's commitment to the Arts confirms the need for an event of this caliber in this market," said Willis.

Willis will lead an "all-star cast" of Master Teachers from various parts of the entertainment/arts industry. They will provide development classes for emerging artists as well as for professional artists who may be looking to sharpen their tools. Attendees will participate in career building workshops, panel discussions and will have the opportunity to audition for directors, choreographers and music producers. Industry Guests include: Ankh Ra, Producer/Singer/Songwriter and former Vocal Coach from Making the Band 4; Sandra Hughes, Director/Writer/Actress and Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Gateway Production and; Cappriccieo Scates, Record Label Executive and current member of the Board of Governors of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS).

Living Your Art, an artistic and career development company, was created in 1995 by Hilda Willis, the Producing Artistic Director and Lead Coach.
