New Partner Model Announced For The VideoCloud Video Communication Service Portfolio

VideoCentric, the UK's leading visual communications solutions integrator, has today announced the VideoCloud Partner Model, offering access to the whole VideoCloud visual communications services portfolio with additional Partner benefits.

The VideoCloud portfolio, launched in October 2012, is the most comprehensive portfolio of managed video communication services available on the market today, offering services and options including virtual rooms, firewall traversal, ISDN gateways, two-way data collaboration, point-to-point HD desktop, Skype/Lync/SIP.H.323 transcoding and global white-glove services.

The VideoCloud Partner Model has been created to allow VideoCentric partners and resellers' access to the whole video communications service portfolio, as well as benefiting from the experience, knowledge and resources gained from over 5 years in cloud-based, managed video conferencing services.

"The time VideoCentric has spent on unbiased vendor research, extensive testing and bringing together the best components from around the world is invaluable to UK integrators who would like to offer a service portfolio but don't have the resources to do so themselves," said David Shimell, Managing Director of VideoCentric Ltd.

Dave Tobutt from VC 2000 Ltd added, "The VideoCloud portfolio really excites us as a business. Over the years we have had enquiries from many potential customers hoping to hold video conferences, however, they have not had the infrastructure to do so by traditional means. This new service opens the door to satisfy requests from prospective customers. We know VideoCentric can support us and our customers, and we know our partnership will be based on not just a great portfolio, but also of mutual understanding, communication and trust."

The VideoCentric Partner Model gives partners access to VideoCentric's extensive interoperability suite, with over 30 HD and SD video conferencing endpoints from all the leading vendors, legacy & ISDN systems, network infrastructure products, all the leading professional and consumer desktop video conferencing software, collaboration equipment and a number of cloud based video services.

Partners also gain access to VideoCentric's award winning support, 24/7 hour test dial in facilities and a one-click "cloud line" with direct access to our shared trial rooms and VideoCentric's cloud administration & technical team.
